It is very difficult for us to price a home inspection based on a flat rate because of the many variants that affect the inspection process and follow-up research that we may need to do after investigating any discoveries that have been found.  This is to ensure the inspection report is an accurate document for you to make a informed and educated decision on your most expensive acquition - a new home.

                       Home Inspection Fees are based upon the following parameters:

        • Square Footage of Home

        • Age of Home ( Add $50.00 for every 50 years of age)

        • Number of HVAC Systems Installed in Home (Add $25.00 for each additional furnace and/or Air Conditioning Unit Installed)

        • Zone Heating and Cooling - Add $25.00

        • Stucco Inspections - Call for Quote

        • Detached Building - $150.00 per additional building

        • Swimming Pools - $150.00

        • Spa's and Hot Tubs - $125.00

        • Radon Screening (measurement testing) - $175.00

        • Termite & Pest - Call for Quote

        • Mold Screening (testing) - Call for Quote

        • Log Homes, Mobile Homes, Septic Systems or other Special Inspection Services You May Require - Call for Quote

         Small Commercial Building Inspection Fees are based upon the Following parameters:

  • Base Fee - $475.00 plus (+) $0.17 per square foot up to 5000 sq. ft.
  • Additional Electric Service Panels and Sub-panels - $75.00 each
  • Additional HVAC Units (heat pumps, furnaces, A/C Units) $125.00 each
  • Parking Lot Documentation/Inspection - Base Fee - $125.00 plus (+) $0.25 per parking space (Car & Truck)
  • Additional Inspection Services Required - Call for Quote
